Barbara Ann (Samborski) Wilczynski, 74, passed away May 25, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Pauline (Chrusciel) Samborski. Barbara graduated from the High School of Commerce. She had worked as a bookkeeper for several local firms including Norpin Manufacturing where she retired from in December after 33 years. A faithful servant to Christ the King Church, she was an adorer of its Perpetual Adoration Chapel. She was a member of the Polonia Club. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Edward Wilczynski, Sr., her grandson, Sean Wilczynski, a great-granddaughter, Skylar Wilczynski, and her brother, Walter Samborski, Jr.

She leaves her children, Edward Wilczynski, Jr., and his wife Kathleen and LynnAnn Wilczynski and her partner James Kiniry, all of Ludlow; a granddaughter, Sarah Wilczynski, a great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Wilczynski and her mother Kristina Merced; sister-in-law and caregiver Helen Dygon; niece and caregiver Laurie Alves; sisters-in-law, Viola Sawyer, Carol Voccia and her husband Joe, and Julie Silcox and her husband Tim; brothers-in-law, John Wilczynski and his wife Elaine and Stanley Wilczynski, and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016, assembling at 9:00 a.m. at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield and proceeding to Christ the King Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Island Pond Cemetery, Ludlow. Calling hours will be Friday, May 27, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
