Beverly R. Kenny, 62, died peacefully in her Ludlow home on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Springfield on May 9, 1955, she was the daughter of Ernest Kenny of Indian Orchard and the late Ruth (Leonard) Kenny. Beverly was raised in Springfield and had lived in Ludlow for the past 35 years. She had previously worked at the O’Connell Convenience Store in Ludlow. She was a devout Catholic and a member of Christ the King Church, Ludlow. Beverly will be remembered for her beautiful smile, kind heart and her ability to see the best in everyone.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her partner and soul mate, Rick Moran of Ludlow; a daughter, Melanie Hryniewicz and her husband Edward of W. Suffield, CT, and Melanie’s father, Jerry Carpenter. Beverly is also survived by two sons, Gregory Gaudreau and his wife Camille of Los Angeles, CA, and Michael Gaudreau of Ludlow as well as Gregory and Michael’s father, Gerald “Luke” Gaudreau. Beverly also leaves her granddaughter that she adored, Cassie Hryniewicz; her brothers and sisters, Bonnie Amtmann, Belinda Comette, Bernie Gelinas, Brenda Jablonski, Bridget McCarthy, Barbara, Danny and David Kenny, and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Douglas Kenny.

The Funeral for Beverly will be on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 at 9am from Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield followed by a Funeral Mass at 10am at Christ the King Church, Ludlow with burial at St. Aloysius Cemetery, Indian Orchard. Calling Hours will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, Sept. 5, from 4-7pm.
