Elizabeth Mary (Prairie) McCarthy, 89, passed away September 10, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center. She was born in Hartford, Connecticut to the late James and Mary (Connor) Prairie.

She leaves her children, James McCarthy and his wife Donna, Daniel McCarthy and his wife Mary and Kathleen Cote and 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Golden, Jessica McCarthy and Joshua, Justin and Shane Cote. She was predeceased by her husband, James Joseph McCarthy.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
