Jason Arthur Kenyon, 32, passed away unexpectedly on October 24, 2017. Born in Springfield to Mark A. Kenyon and Patricia E. (Pyott) Lassonde, he was a lifelong Springfield resident. Jason was a 2003 graduate of Longmeadow High School where he played baseball and lettered in his favorite sport, golf. He had served in the U.S. Air Force, stationed at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota. He enjoyed following college basketball, especially UMASS, the Red Sox and Patriots.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved son, Brayden Quinn Kenyon and Brayden’s mother, Alicia Dyttmer of North Grafton; his mother, Patricia Lassonde of Springfield; his father, Mark Kenyon and his wife Vickie of Springfield; his very special friend, Nadine Ardon and her loving family; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and the large extended members of the Kenyon and Pyott families. He was predeceased by his step-father, Ronald Lassonde.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield with Calling Hours from 10am-12pm followed by a Memorial Service at 12pm. Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to assist in Jason’s son’s future may be made to the Brayden Quinn Kenyon Fund, c/o TD Bank, 441 Cooley St., Springfield MA 01128 or any TD Bank location.
