Judith K. (Roberge) Christian

Judith K. (Roberge) Christian, 76, passed away on March 1, 2018 with her family by her side. Born in Chicopee on November 29, 1941, she was the daughter of the late George and Edna (Couture) Roberge. Judith was a proud owner of her home of 53 years in Springfield where she raised her family. She retired from Springfield Wire in Springfield, MA. Judith loved nature, fishing, camping, gardening and cooking and was the Cupcake Queen! She was a wonderful mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be forever missed by her loving family and many friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her children, Doris Sadler of Agawam, Anthony Santaniello of Springfield, and Diane Santaniello of Montague; her step-son, Walter Christian of Springfield; her brothers, George Roberge of Palmer and Charles Roberge of Chicopee; her sisters, Doris Klekotka of Westfield and Arlene Sweaner of Indiana; her grandchildren, Edward Alzak of Plymouth, Mark Sadler of Palmer; Jennifer Sadler of Agawam; Ryan Sadler of Montague, Daniel Santaniello of Ware and Samantha Carr of Montague; 4 great-grandchildren, 7 nieces, 5 nephews and many other family members and friends. 

Judith was predeceased by her son, Vincent Santaniello; a brother, Gary Roberge and a sister, Carol Roberge.

Funeral services for Judith will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 25 Church Street, Greenfield MA 01301 followed by a Celebration of Life Gathering immediately after.
