Louis F. Rosso

Louis Francis Rosso, 90, passed away May 28, 2015 at East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center. Born in Agawam to the late Matthew and Josephine (Carbone) Rosso, he was a lifelong area resident. Louis proudly served in the Navy during WWII. He enjoyed golfing and going to the casino.

He leaves his children, Gail Ricci of Enfield, CT and Garrett Rosso of New York, NY and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Loretta (Higgins) Rosso on March 14, 2014 and a brother, Francis Rosso.

Committal with military honors will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Baystate VNA and Hospice, c/o Baystate Health Foundation, 280 Chestnut St., Springfield MA 01104.
