Ken Koziol, aged 67, a long time resident of Wilbraham passed on to another life on March 18th, 2018 from Pancreatic Cancer.
He was born across the river in Ludlow, but lived all his life in Wilbraham or Hampden. He attended Immaculate Conception in Indian Orchard, after which he went on to Minnechaug Regional High School in Wilbraham, then attending STCC and earning an Associate's Degree in Machine and Tool Design. Ken served six years with the Massachusetts Army National Guard and he was a design engineer for several companies in the local area which gave him the opportunity to travel throughout the United States and Mexico. Ken had many adventures in life but his most memorable ones are those with his motorcycle and friends. Ken was preceded by his Life Partner of 13 years Cassie.
He leaves behind his son Jason of Wilbraham, along with his step-daughter Shannon Ascher and granddaughter Sophie Whittington both of Silver Springs Florida, as well as his brother Gerald of Wilbraham. He also leaves behind many friends that he has met though out his life time.
Visiting hours are between 10am and 12pm on Saturday, March 24th at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Indian Orchard. The Memorial Service will follow at 12pm. Ken will be buried at the Old Hampden Cemetery at a later date where he will rest next to his soul mate Cassie and they will ride through eternity together
