Marla A. (Melton) Greene

Marla Ann (Melton) Greene, 53, passed away unexpectedly on June 26, 2017 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Decatur, Georgia to the late Charles and Mary Patricia (Beene) Melton and was a long time resident of Springfield. Marla had been employed as a certified medical assistant. She enjoyed the Patriots, NASCAR, and was an outdoor enthusiast. Marla will be remembered for her friendly, outgoing personality and her generous spirit.

She leaves her husband of 13 years, Paul Greene; her step-children, Jeremy Greene of Chicopee and Kristen Greene and her fiancé Jacob Karowski of Palmer; her grandchildren, Ryann Greene, Nicole Greene, and Eleanor Karowski; her brother and sister-in-law, Richard C Melton and Cinzia Parisi Melton of CT; her sister, Karen Botticello of CA; her brother-in-law, John Botticello of CT; her nieces, Amber Botticello, Heather Melton and Karen Arabolos; nephew, Anthony Botticello; great-niece Willow Botticello; and many other family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 1st from 12:00-2:00 at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield. All other services are private at the convenience of the family.
