Mary A. (Luczek) Kokoszka, 95, passed away at home on February 10, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on April 2, 1922 to the late Albert and Sophie (Dymon) Luczek, she was a lifelong area resident. Mary was a faithful communicant of Immaculate Conception Church where she was a member of the Hearts and Hands Ministry and the ICC Seniors. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, going out to lunch and spending time with family and friends.
She leaves her devoted daughter, Sandra Lichwala of Indian Orchard; a brother, Stanley Luczek of Kennebunk, ME; her Godson, Edward Luczek and several nieces, cousins, other family members and friends. Mary was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Edmund Kokoszka; 2 brothers, John and Walter Luczek and her son-in-law, Roger Lichwala.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 assembling at 10:00 a.m. at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Indian Orchard and proceeding to Immaculate Conception Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
