Raymond J. Latour

Raymond Joseph Latour, 91, passed away April 11, 2019 at Wingate at Wilbraham. Born in Chicopee to the late Arthur and Lillian (Daudelien) Latour, he had lived in Ludlow for 30 years before residing in Wilbraham for the past 30 years. Raymond served in The U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked for many years as an engineer for United Engineers and then formed his own company, Eclipse Associates. He was a former member of the Moose Club in Chicopee and enjoyed fishing and camping.

Raymond leaves his wife of 28 years, Vivian (Coutu) Latour; his daughters, Louise Dynok and her husband William of Cummington and Ann Gaspar of Ludlow; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Thomas Latour, a grandson, Kevin Latour, and his first wife, Carmel Latour. The family would like to thank the staff at Wingate at Wilbraham for the compassionate care given to him.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Indian Orchard followed by a Memorial Service at 6:00 p.m.
