Anne M. (Loughman) Lizak, 64, entered into Eternal Life on March 6, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Born in Springfield, MA to the late Gerald and Marion (Mercier) Loughman, she was a lifelong area resident and a faithful communicant of Christ the King Church in Ludlow. Anne graduated from Westfield State University. She worked as a customer service representative for Hartford Steam Boiler and KEC Party Rentals and as a paralegal for Mass Mutual. She brought an attitude of gratitude to the 12-steps of recovery program she followed. As a long time member she worked with all and was a sponsor to some. She was an avid Bruins and Red Sox fan, enjoyed all things chocolate, a giver and getter of big hugs, a lover of puns, witty sarcasm, blueberry pie and playing candy crush & wumbology. The beaches of Rhode Island and St. Albans Bay were special places to her.
She leaves her beloved husband of 33 years, Paul Lizak; her cherished sons, Daniel Lizak and his partner Jon Teran of Austin, TX and Robert Lizak of Ludlow; her siblings and their spouses: Christopher and Kathy Loughman of East Longmeadow, Maura and Art Loughman-Bull of East Longmeadow, John Loughman of Agawam, Robert and Maryann Loughman of East Longmeadow and Jeanne and Chris Macey of Agawam; 2 granddaughters, Phoebe and Ella Coviello and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Anne was predeceased by her loving daughter, Sarah Ann Lizak on June 13, 2019.
