Anthony M. Albano

Anthony M. Albano, 56, passed away peacefully at home in Longmeadow on Jan. 15, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 29, 1964 in Springfield to the late Pasqual and Helen (Flynn) Albano. Affectionately known as Tony by his wife of 32 years, Ellen (Lynch) Albano, Tony also leaves his children Gina and Carly; his dear siblings: his sister Kathleen Gonthier of Feeding Hills and his brother Michael Albano of Leominster; his nieces Lindsey Hernandez and Kayla Brandes and his nephews Michael Gonthier and Anthony Albano. He will also be missed by his sisters-in-law Kathleen Frodema and Mary Midghall with their extended families. 

Tony started his profession as a quality manager with Bird Electron Beam, Suffield CT and continued the occupation for a significant period of his life.  He finished his career with Dan White Interiors, Longmeadow and American Legion Post 80, Enfield CT, whom he considered to be his extended family.

A private service will be held at the convenience of his family. Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
