Beverly S. (Los) Grondalski

Beverly S. (Los) Grondalski, 76, entered into eternal rest on July 31, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center after a brief battle with cancer. Born in Ludlow on July 12, 1946 to the late Frederick and Helen (Fisiak) Los, she was a lifelong area resident and a faithful communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Indian Orchard. Beverly was a Class of 1964 graduate of Minnechaug High School and went on to obtain her license in cosmetology. She worked at several local hair salons and also as a telephone operator for Alamac Knitting Mills. For many years, she worked for the Wilbraham Public Schools as a playground and cafeteria monitor. Beverly was a member of the former Polish American Veteran’s Club Women’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing word connect games on her iPad and spending time with her beloved dog, Tucker. Most especially, Beverly cherished the time spent with family and friends, often having long talks with friends on the phone.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her many special friends for their love and support shown to her during her illness and also to the doctors, nurses and PCT’s at Baystate Medical Center for their compassionate care.

Beverly leaves her husband of 52 years, Louis Grondalski, Jr.; her son, Brian Grondalski and his partner Ellen Pichey of Wilbraham, along with other family members and many close friends. She was predeceased by her parents; her son, Daniel Grondalski in 2016 and her sister, Barbara Los in 2008.

Family and friends are invited to meet at St. Aloysius Cemetery, 1273 Berkshire Ave., Indian Orchard for a graveside service on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:30am. Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements.
