Obituary

Cynthia L. (Malcolm) Cobleigh, 85, of Belchertown and formerly of Ocean Park, Maine died Saturday, August 12, 2023.

Born in Somerville, MA on December 18, 1937, she was the daughter of the late David W. Malcolm and Geraldine F. (Lewis ) Malcolm. She had lived in Ocean Park, Main for many years and in Belchertown for the past three years. She loved her time in Maine and being at the beach. She worked for many years as a secretary until she retired.

She is survived by her three children, son, David Cobleigh and his wife Joanna of Hampden, son, Gary Cobleigh and his wife Bonnie of Dayton, Maine, and daughter, Carol Hotaling and husband Kerry of Ludlow, nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild due to arrive in October, and her dear friend Charlie Shotzberger.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Cynthia’s life with Calling Hours on Thursday, Aug. 17, from 5-7pm at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield, MA.
