Danuta (Brzoskowska) Dyrkacz, 68, of Springfield, died Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center. Born on January 29, 1954 in Gdynia, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Brunon Brzoskowski and Barbara Brzoskowska. Danuta came to this country in 1991, and lived in Springfield for the past 31 years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception parish and was an avid painter.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Henryk A. Dyrkacz, three sons, Marcin Dyrkacz and his wife Tanya, Tomasz Dyrkacz and his wife Vita and Pawel Dyrkacz, six grandchildren, her sister, Malgorzata Formela and her brother, Jacek Brzoskowski.
The Funeral for Danuta will be held on Saturday, October 8, gathering at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield at 9am and proceeding to Immaculate Conception Church for her funeral mass at 10am. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery in Springfield. Calling Hours will be at the funeral home on Thursday, October 6, from 5-7pm.
