Donna J. Moore, 62, of Springfield, transitioned this life January 24, 2024. She is predeceased by her parents, John Sr. and Eleanor Martin. She leaves to cherish her memory, partner Donald Adams, Sr., sons, Thomas, Matthew Sr. (Jennifer), and Donald Jr. (Victoria), bonus daughters, Alika and Jasmyne, grandchildren, Matthew Jr., Traci, Jordyn, Ariella, Atlas, Christian, Isaiah, Saniya, Davion and Onyx, brothers, John, Jr. (Theresa), Michael (Ann), and James, nieces, Cara (Kurt), and Brianna, nephew, Timothy, and great-niece Kerrigan.
A Celebration of Life for Donna will be held on Wednesday, February 7, from 10am-12noon at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Indian Orchard, MA.
