Helen (Kapinos) Padegenis

Helen (Kapinos) Padegenis of Ludlow, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary Kapinos. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Jack Padegenis, and her brother Chet Kapinos.

She leaves behind her niece, Corrie Marino (Peter) of Westborough, MA, her nephew Robb Kapinos (Tiffany Raines) of Belchertown, MA, her great nephews Joseph and Teddy Marino and great niece, Madison Kapinos, and her sister in law, Claudia Kapinos of Hampden, MA.

Helen enjoyed holidays spent with her family, her Polish heritage and taking part in many Polka festivities as well as times at the Polish American Citizens Club of Ludlow. She was a life long parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church in Indian Orchard, MA.

Funeral Services for Helen will be on Saturday, May 3, with a Visitation Time from 9:30am-11am at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield followed by her Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Parker St. at 11:30am and burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
