Jane P. (Piecuch) Wozniak

Jane P. (Piecuch) Wozniak, 95, passed away peacefully January 2, 2020 at Vero Healthcare and Rehab of Wilbraham. Born in Springfield to the late Frank and Anna (Dygosz) Piecuch, she was a longtime Wilbraham resident. She retired as a secretary from Richards & Sons. A faithful and devoted parishioner at Immaculate Conception Church, Jane was very involved in all aspects of the church’s organizations, including the choir, the Women’s’ Guild, the Rosary and St. Anne Sodalities, and volunteering for the annual picnic. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society.

She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Thaddeus Wozniak; a brother Joseph Piecuch; 2 sisters Helen Kareta and Bernice Ziemba and a nephew Stanley Kareta. She leaves a niece Frances Berthiaume of Indian Orchard and family and 3 nephews Dr. Joseph Piecuch of CT, Dr. Stanley Piecuch of Wilbraham and Richard Ziemba of IL and their families.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 with Visitation from 9-10:30am at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Indian Orchard and proceeding to Immaculate Conception Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11am. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery.
