Josue Rodriguez

Josue Rodriguez, 33, passed away June 21, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico on October 27, 1988 to Herminio Rodriguez and Carmen Esquilin, he grew up in Springfield, MA. Josue graduated from Springfield High School of Science & Technology. A car and motorcycle enthusiast, he belonged to a Jeep Club and Motorcycle Club. Josue was a talented interior designer, painting and decorating often to make his home beautiful. He enjoyed fishing and traveling; he loved surprising his mother with vacations.

He leaves his beloved family: his mother, Carmen Esquilin and step-father Carlos Kury of Springfield; his father, Herminio Rodriguez of Canovanas, Puerto Rico; his daughter, Nayah Rodriguez and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends. Josue was predeceased by his brother, Jonathan Rodriguez.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 6-8pm at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield. Future services and burial will be held in Puerto Rico.
