June D. (Kelly) McCarthy

June Delores (Kelly) McCarthy, 81, of Springfield, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2021 at The Wellington of Springfield after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Springfield, MA on June 30, 1939 to the late Francis and Helen (Mach) Kelly. June worked at Smith & Wesson for many years and also at Greater Springfield Senior Services as a companion driver. She loved her dogs, traveling to the beach, especially Cape Cod, square dancing with her grandson, and time spent with all of her grandchildren. June leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters: Kimberly Cressotti and her husband Mark of Westfield and Monica McGovern and her husband Mark of Ludlow; along with her grandchildren: Matthew McGovern and Constanza, Claudia, and Clarissa Cressotti.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 5-7pm at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield.
