Katherine D. (Mason) Downie

Katherine Delia (Mason) Downie, 82, died December 8, 2020 at Willimansett Center West in Chicopee. Born in Springfield to the late William and Edith (Germain) Massoni, she was a lifelong area resident and a member of the East Church Congregational Church. She retired in 2002 as a school secretary for the City of Springfield.

She leaves her fraternal twin sons, Scott Eric Downie and wife Sandra and her daughter, Gabrielle Zeigler, all of Broad Brook, CT and Mark David Downie and wife Julia of Holyoke and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald C. Downie, on September 4, 1989.
