Obituary

Mary Jane Strycharz passed away July 1, 2020 surrounded by her loving family at Baystate Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Springfield on February 14, 1950 to the late Edward and Jane (Jakobczyk) Strycharz. Born and raised in Indian Orchard, she currently resided in Ludlow and was a faithful member of St. Elizabeth Parish. Most especially, family was at the center of her life. She loved cheering for her grandchildren at their sporting events and time spent at family gatherings.  A special thank you is extended to the oncology staff at Baystate Medical Center for the compassionate care given to Mary Jane during her illness.
