Maxine Joyce (Lesniak) Boileau, 75, passed away December 2, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Springfield on March 13, 1946, to the late Max and Stefania (Walas) Lesniak, she was a lifelong Chicopee resident. Maxine worked at JC Penny for 23 years where she developed many lifelong friends. She enjoyed all day shopping adventures with her daughters and cooking and entertaining for her family and friends. Jack, Cole, and Ray will miss having their Mammy pick them up from school and they will all miss sharing their weekly dinners out with her. She will always be remembered for her loving and generous nature.
She leaves her devoted daughters, Michelle Vecchiarelli and her husband Dean of East Longmeadow and Danielle Boileau of Westfield; her cherished grandchildren, Michael and Angela Vecchiarelli, Tony and Vinny Martel, and Jack, Ray, and Cole Dessereau; her brother, Fred Lesniak and his wife Patricia of Hampden; her son-in-law, Michael Martel of Belchertown; along with other family members and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Raymond Boileau in 2017 and her daughter, Colette Boileau in 2014.
