Robenia (Dudley) Glaze

Robenia (Dudley) Glaze, 67, of Springfield, died on May 14, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on Nov. 1, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Ethel (Frazier) Dudley. Robenia was a resident of Springfield for most of her life. Faith and family were most important to her. She used her life to Praise God through her example, and she belonged to Divine Faith Ministries, Inc.. She loved to cook, clean and maintain a spotless home. She loved her plants, dancing and going to an occasional BINGO.

Robenia is the mother of 14, Ramona Glaze, Johnetta Dyer, John Dyer, Luwanda “Kim” Guy, Ricky Sutton (deceased), Patrick Wright, Germeil Smith and his wife Rose Angel Smith, Anthony Chambers, Robenia “Missy” Chambers, James Naracisse, August Chambers, Alexius Vaughan, Chastity Smith and Quinton Lockett. She is the sister of 12, Jasun “Jimmy” Howell, Eugenia Finnell, Lula Brown, Stephen Dudley, Curtis Dudley, Leonard Dudley (deceased), Tanya Hudson, Tina Hall, Nathaniel Faust, Samuel Faust, Sandra Faust and Reginald Faust. She also leaves to cherish her memory many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Robenia’s funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 29, with Calling Hours at the Bethesda Lutheran Church, 455 Island Pond Rd., Springfield from 11am – 1pm, followed by a Funeral Service in the church (officiated by the Divine Faith Ministries) at 1pm with burial to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Bay St., Springfield and then a reception back at the church.
