Robert David Bourdeau, 74, passed away September 19, 2021 at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer. Born in Ludlow on July 1, 1947 to the late Armos and Marion (Heath) Bourdeau, he was a lifelong Ludlow resident. Bob worked for many years as a sheet metal mechanic in heating and air conditioning. He enjoyed long rides on his Harley, attending car and motorcycle shows, watching western movies, woodcarving, and fishing at Spec Pond. Many nights he could be found belting out Elvis songs at local Karaoke venues. Most especially, Bob cherished the time spent with his beloved grandchildren.

He leaves his sons: Robert Bourdeau II and his wife Melissa of Belchertown and Kyle Bourdeau of Palmer; his grandchildren: Bobby and Ali Bourdeau of Belchertown; his brothers Armos Bourdeau, Jr and his wife Louise of Ludlow and Richard Bourdeau of Agawam; his sister Anne Bourdeau of Longmeadow and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Marlene (Brown) Bourdeau in 2011.

A Graveside Service will be held at Island Pond Cemetery, Ludlow on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 10am.
