Sandra J. (Kolbe) Brohman, 76, passed away June 8, 2020 surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was born February 8, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio. Sandra was one of the first women hired at the Ford Motor Company Buffalo Stamping Plant, retiring after many years of service. She was a faithful and involved member of Fair Havens Church in North Tonawanda and was a volunteer at the Salvation Army. Always looking out for her friends and neighbors, she was lovingly referred to as the unofficial head of her neighborhood watch.
She leaves her children: Richard Brohman, Jr. and his wife Tina of Palmer, MA and Lisa Brohman of Tonawanda, NY; her siblings: Connie Martin, Linda Barnard, and James Kolbe; her grandchildren: Richard Brohman III, Hailee Belle Brohman, Hannah Brohman, Jessica Cooke, Kailee Findlay, Briana Chisholm, and Shelbey Brohman; 3 great-grandchildren; several cherished nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Swiss. She was predeceased by her mother and step-father, Ethel (Cooper) and William “Papa Bear” Reasner and her father, James Kolbe.
Funeral services will be held at a future date.
