Vivien (Bonomo) Kluepfel, 91, formerly of Ludlow, passed away June 25, 2021. Born in Hackensack, NJ to the late Frank and Josephine (Darata) Bonomo, she was a longtime Ludlow resident and had lived in Ocala, FL since 2019. Vivien worked as a sales associate for over 30 years for the former Steiger’s and Filene’s Department Stores and retired from Macy’s. A gifted singer, she loved to share her talent by performing whenever she could. She loved to dance, especially with her late husband. Vivien enjoyed watching old classic movies with her children. She was an excellent cook, famous for her delicious cream puffs. Vivien relished all of the holidays and always made them special for her family.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children: Keith Kluepfel of Springfield, Kathi Capobianco and her husband Anthony of Ocala, FL, and Eileen Kluepfel of Vernon, CT and; her grandchildren: Adri, Joseph, and Justin Capobianco; her great-grandchildren: Micaela, Gabriella, Francesca, Carmella, Mia, and Noah; two sisters, Ann Maggio and Barbara Michaels and a brother Frank Bonomo, along with many other family members and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ralph Kluepfel, precious grandson, Michael Capobianco and a sister, Angela Jolliff.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services, 15 Ludlow Ave., Springfield with Calling Hours from 9:30-11:15am followed by a funeral home service at 11:15am.
